Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties across our Western Pennsylvania including Pittsburgh Bellevue Moon Township South Hills and Mt. Lebanon. This person supports on-site teams by helping them complete turnovers and work orders.
Pay and Benefits
- $24-27/hour paid weekly
- Scheduled MondayFriday with shifts of 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.5:30 p.m. as assigned with an additional on-call rotation

Responsibilities
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Repairs such as drywall painting electrical plumbing carpentry and/or HVAC
- Preventative maintenance
- Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid drivers license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
