The Admissions Systems Administrator is an integral part of the Admissions team and is responsible for the configuration and functionality of the seminarys CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for the Admissions Office (Slate). This individual supports the Admissions team collaborates with various departments including IT and Enrollment Services and carries out other duties assigned by the Admissions Systems Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities
Train and support DTS users on the CRM systems (English Slate and Global Slate).
Design and maintain appropriate queries and reports.
Support the Admissions team by serving as a liaison with the seminarys IT and Enrollment Services departments.
Oversee the delivery of direct and automated communications (emails).
Identify and develop business practices and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce the time required for Admissions processes.
Build manage and maintain the CRM system communication campaigns delivery emails interactions checklist items workflows and any related CRM properties to achieve enrollment goals.
Facilitate the creation of new users in the CRM systems with the needed roles/permissions and removal of expired users.
Work closely with the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Services in maintaining CRM processes and procedures including online applications.
Implement new features/updates in the CRM systems and provide technical support to current features on the CRM systems.
Evaluate and troubleshoot system issues and create manageable solutions.
Other duties assigned by the Admissions Systems Manager.

Availability to assist with various departmental needs and communicate with other departments effectively.

Outstanding technical skills.
Intermediate proficiency using Excel.
Ability to learn the Admissions life cycle.
Education and Experience
A bachelors degree.
Experience with CRM systems (Slateor similar CRM systems)
