Job Summary
Certified HHA - $16/hr Paid Travel Between Clients - Start Next Week

WEEK-BY-WEEK REALITY:
Week 1-2: Fill-in assignments at $16/hour (must be flexible with locations/times). Keep any clients you connect with.
Week 3: Permanent clients matched to your confirmed preferences
Day 30: $100 bonus hits your account
Note: If no clients immediately available 1-2 week wait possible while acquiring matches.

MONEY BREAKDOWN:
$16/hour W-2 position
Bi-weekly direct deposit
$100 per caregiver referral (30 days)
$100 per insurance client referral
$75-$1500 per private pay client referral
$19/hour when working with referred private clients
ACTUAL JOB DUTIES:
What We DONT Have:
NO Complex medical procedures
NO Hospital politics & mandatory overtime
NO Rotating schedules that ruin your life
NO Heavy lifting over 25 lbs
NO Medication administration stress
What You ACTUALLY Do:
Help with bathing dressing grooming
Meal prep and light housekeeping
Companionship and grocery trips
Build lasting relationships with 2-4 regular clients
Work independently without supervisors breathing down your neck
REQUIREMENTS (Simple):
Valid Home Health Aide Training Certificate (30/60/70/75-hour)
Certificate signed by RN (unless completed online)
Valid Drivers License (not expired suspended or revoked)
Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
Pass standard background checks (DODD DRC Exclusion List Nurse Aide Registry Offender Watch OIG SAM)
Pass written & skills test at 80% (unless you have previous results)
Commit to minimum 20 hours per week
