What You Will Do

As a senior member of the Tekla Training team youll be a vital part of our mission to enhance customer productivity and proficiency in BIM modeling and detailing. Youll work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and deliver high-quality expert-level training on Trimbles Tekla Structures software and related products. Youll act as a subject matter expert leading the creation and continuous improvement of training materials. This role is key to ensuring our customers can fully leverage our integrated solutions to improve accuracy and collaboration directly supporting Trimbles strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Training Instruction: Independently designing developing and delivering pre-structured and customized training sessions on Tekla Structures through various formats including virtual instructor-led training (VILT) in-person instructor-led training (ILT) webinars workshops and self-paced eLearning modules.

• Curriculum Development: Leading the creation review and continuous improvement of comprehensive training plans and course materials. Youll collaborate with an Instructional Designer to ensure all content is up-to-date and aligns with the latest software versions and industry best practices.

• Thought Leadership: Serving as a subject matter expert on complex workflows and interoperability providing guidance and mentorship to other trainers and support staff. Youll also address primary technical training issues for Tekla Structures especially regarding its integration with other Trimble products.

• Customer Engagement: Communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and business goals to develop tailored training solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Technical Expertise: 5 years of direct industry experience using Trimbles Tekla Structures to create fabrication BIM models for concrete or steel and documents in a production environment.

• Communication: Exceptional written verbal visual and interpersonal communication skills that transcend language and cultural barriers. You should have proven presentation experience with both small and large groups in remote and in-person settings.

• Problem-Solving: The ability to solve complex difficult or sensitive customer issues and build strong relationships with internal and external personnel.

• Professional Attributes: You are self-motivated innovative and influential with the ability to educate a variety of roles from IT to end-users.

About Your Location

This position is based in Westminster Colorado. You may also have occasional travel for on-site training no more than one week per month.
