Job Summary
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an experienced Nuvolo Technical Consultant with additional expertise integrating to ServiceNow CMDB for enterprise systems. This role involves configuring scripting and supporting Nuvolo solutions while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design configure and implement Nuvolo modules on ServiceNow (Asset Management CMDB etc.)
- Perform integrations data migration and workflow automation
- Develop and maintain scripts UI policies business rules and reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ensuring SLA compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide training documentation and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience) * Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application support or IT systems * Experience with Nuvolo modules and experience integrating with the ServiceNow platform * CMDB and Asset Management Scripting expertise * Experience working within a Hospital environment supporting Biomedical devices and assets * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
