Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensure:Active Ohio State License (LCSW LICSW or LISWS).
• Experience:New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.
• Soft Skills:Strong therapeutic skills empathy cultural competence and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual group and family therapy services
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group
• Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
