Care Management Clinician Behavioral Health Care Management
The Care Management Clinician plays a vital role in supporting youth and families engaged in the NCH Behavioral Health Intensive Care Management (ICM) program. This position is designed for a highly collaborative clinically informed professional who is committed to improving outcomes for children and adolescents experiencing significant mental health challenges.
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
