Job Summary
The SAP Global Systems team within IS&T manages the operations and financial transactional platform that supports all Apple functions including Sales Manufacturing Distribution Service and are seeking a Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). You will collaborate with business teams to understand requirements recommend scalable solutions and implement global GTS solutions efficiently ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and with optimal use of resources.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS or related field
- 5 years of SAP GTS project implementation experience with focus on Compliance Management and Product Classification
- Hands-on experience with SAP GTS Edition for HANA and integration with S/4HANA modules
- Strong project management skills including monitoring of timelines budgets and resources
- In-depth understanding of global trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in Electronic Compliance Reporting (ECR) especially EU Intrastate Reporting
- Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project Management certifications (PMP Agile/Scrum) and experience leading cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM/FI TMS modules logistics processes and Customs or Risk Management modules
- Familiarity with ABAP/4 code SAP technologies (Business Rules Framework Enterprise Portal UI5/Fiori Business Technology Platform)
- Experience with B2B systems integration involving external partners such as 3PLs customs brokers or content providers
- Exposure to SAP Cloud Analytics BTP and Gen AI technologies
- Strong self-motivation attention to detail and adherence to schedules and project scope
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact across all organisational levels
