We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented colleague to join our Grant Management department as Grant Coordinator.
The Grant Management Department is central in the Novo Nordisk Foundations grant-awarding activities. As part of our department you will collaborate closely with colleagues within Grant Management and across the Foundation supporting a wide range of administrative tasks.
Your role
As Grant Coordinator you will primarily focus on the post-award phase of our grant activities. Your tasks will include:
- Managing post-award support activities including handling change requests and revisions budgets processing acceptance forms and facilitating grant closure.
- Responding to enquiries from grant holders via dedicated support inboxes ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assisting the department with a variety of tasks throughout the granting and assessment processes such as proofreading guidelines and grant agreements updating website content preparing for meetings and screening applications.
- Contributing to the continuous development and optimisation of post-award processes and workflows.
Professional and Personal Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant education and a minimum of 13 years of solid experience in administrative work from a university research institute foundation NGO or the public sector. You have:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- A structured and very organised approach to work with proven ability to organise tasks and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Confidence in interacting with a broad range of stakeholders preferably with research or scientific backgrounds.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with grant administration especially post-award is an advantage.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written and thrive in an international environment.
- Danish skills are considered an advantage.
