We are a patient-centered private mental health practice in Albuquerque NM offering a range of therapeutic services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. Our mission is to provide compassionate evidence-based care while building strong partnerships throughout the local mental health community.
The Clinic will oversee and the clinical and administrative operations of our Medication Management program. This role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributes to the strategic direction of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision of services including reviewing patient evaluations and treatment plans.
- Manage and supervize front office staff ensuring they adhere to established clinical guidelines and safety standards.
- Ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for patients.
- Oversee scheduling documentation and financial aspects of our medication management program including insurance pre-authorizations and patient billing.
- Help to shape the vision culture and direction of the clinic and participate in business development.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists nurse practitioners and therapists to ensure quality integrated patient care.
- Identify investigate and resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to services.
- Monitor system/process performance and proactively address recurring problems to improve workflow efficiency.
- Interpret trend data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Analyze patient/client/staff feedback and service data to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.
- Attend and coordinate meetings presentations and networking events.
- Educate referring providers about eligibility benefits and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare administration management case management or pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Public Health Marketing or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with TMS or neuromodulation preferred; training provided.
- Bilingual in English and Spanishpreferred.
- Excellent interpersonal public speaking and organizational skills.
