We are looking for aMarketing Administrator to support our marketing team with day-to-day operations content creation and campaign coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented creative and eager to grow in the marketing field while helping expand R.J. Kieltys community presence and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning creating and scheduling social media content (text images video) across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and Google My Business
- Monitor social media accounts respond to comments/messages and help manage online reviews
- Support marketing campaigns through coordination research and reporting
- Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines
- Assist with event planning and promotion including community events and sponsorships
- Provide administrative support for contracts vendor communications and marketing documentation
- Track digital analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns
- Support podcast production and light editing tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and reputation management
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in marketing digital media or related field (internships or entry-level experience acceptable)
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and business applications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
