Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data migration strategies using Syniti tools (DSP ADM Collect Construct etc.).
- Analyze legacy data and map it to target ERP systems.
- Develop and execute ETL processes for data extraction transformation and loading.
- Create and maintain data load programs and migration templates.
- Perform data profiling validation and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues.
- Document migration processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 47 years of experience in data migration or ETL projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools.
- Proficiency in SQL stored procedures and database management.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in global teams.
