Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support
Location: Hyd/Bang/Mum
Exp: 5-8 Years
Education: Any Degree
Job Description:
- 6 Oracle SCM Cloud Support Experience
- Support experience of Procurement Inventory OM related to user tickets month end closing reconciliation and patch testing
- Excellent business communication skills
- Ability to speak to business users and process owners to understand the ticket requirements
- Must work in Night Shift (US EST business hours 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
- Nice to have - EBS SCM Functional Support / Implementation
- Understanding of Supply Chain business operations
- Analytical Problem solving and multi tasking skills
