Technical Project Manager Customer Delivery

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during delivery managing expectations and communications through complex AI deployments.

• Own the planning execution and reporting for customer implementations with deepset using Haystack deepset AI Platform and custom solutions. Ensuring customers achieve value quickly and build trust in our solutions.

• Run regular project check-ins track milestones manage scope and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Manage risk dependencies and blockers escalate when needed and proactively manage solutions.

• Produce project plans dashboards and status updates that make progress status and risks transparent to internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive excellence in delivery by helping to define and refine delivery playbooks templates and processes to scale our Enterprise delivery function.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure clear documentation in CRM and other systems.

• 4 years of Technical Project/Program Management or Customer Delivery in Enterprise software (AI SaaS or infrastructure preferred).

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall) and tools (Jira Asana etc.).

• Familiar with and able to communicate technical concepts related to APIs Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) deployment models (On-Prem Cloud and Hybrid) and software integration.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in leading external delivery projects managing stakeholders at senior levels and building strong client relationships.

• Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Problem-solver with strong conflict-resolution and risk-management abilities.

• Highly organised proactive and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.

• Customer-first mindset focused on driving value and successful outcomes.

• Experience in creating documenting and iterating on processes to drive operational excellence.

• PMP PRINCE2 Scrum or Agile certification.

• Hands-on experience with APIs integrations or data migration projects.

• Experience working with public sector finance or regulated industries.

• Business fluency in German.
