What you will do
Serve as the main point of contact for customers during delivery managing expectations and communications through complex AI deployments.
Own the planning execution and reporting for customer implementations with deepset using Haystack deepset AI Platform and custom solutions. Ensuring customers achieve value quickly and build trust in our solutions.
Run regular project check-ins track milestones manage scope and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Manage risk dependencies and blockers escalate when needed and proactively manage solutions.
Produce project plans dashboards and status updates that make progress status and risks transparent to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive excellence in delivery by helping to define and refine delivery playbooks templates and processes to scale our Enterprise delivery function.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure clear documentation in CRM and other systems.
Requirements
4 years of Technical Project/Program Management or Customer Delivery in Enterprise software (AI SaaS or infrastructure preferred).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall) and tools (Jira Asana etc.).
Familiar with and able to communicate technical concepts related to APIs Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) deployment models (On-Prem Cloud and Hybrid) and software integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in leading external delivery projects managing stakeholders at senior levels and building strong client relationships.
Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solver with strong conflict-resolution and risk-management abilities.
Highly organised proactive and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.
Customer-first mindset focused on driving value and successful outcomes.
Experience in creating documenting and iterating on processes to drive operational excellence.
Nice to have
PMP PRINCE2 Scrum or Agile certification.
Hands-on experience with APIs integrations or data migration projects.
Experience working with public sector finance or regulated industries.
Business fluency in German.
