Resumen de funciones:

Atender telefónicamente a los clientes para recibir los llamados de emergencia de los equipos del portafolio de mantenimiento y gestionar la apertura de tickets que permita la asignación de llamadas a los técnicos y posterior análisis de cierres.

En un día normal tendrás que:

  • Responder a las llamadas de emergencia entrantes y ayudar a los clientes que tienen consultas particulares o preguntas.

  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente interno y externo de forma personalizada con un alto nivel de calidad despertando el interés de los clientes en los productos y servicios ofrecidos por la organización.

  • Actualización de la base de datos existente con las modificaciones o cambios y el estado actual de los clientes o posibles clientes.

  • Ayudar a los clientes de la organización basada en la comunicación con el servicio de consultas y solución de problemas.

  • Responder a las consultas de los clientes y las preguntas con prontitud.

  • Facilitar la información recolectada para controlar las oportunidades de negocio tales como ventas.

  • Comprobación y categorización de los problemas de los clientes.

  • Determinación de los problemas en las consultas o quejas y la proposición de soluciones para mejoras.

  • Proporcionar de forma diaria los reportes requeridos según las necesidades del cliente y la compañía.

  • Apoyar con la consolidación de bases de datos y reportes mensuales asignados al turno de horario valle (nocturno y fines de semana)

Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

  • Formación académica: Técnico tecnólogo o profesional en carreras administrativas y/o comercio como Administración de empresas economía ingeniería o carreras afines

  • Experiencia laboral de 1 año como agente de Call Center o servicio al cliente

  • Habilidades Ofimáticas
