What youll be doing
As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst Co-op on the Imperial Service Sales Effectiveness team you will learn about the mass affluent client base and how our Imperial Service Advisors deliver planning and advice to help clients achieve their goals. Your day to day will be to assist with the idea generation and analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities work on various projects across the team and supporting the development and delivery of training to the frontline Imperial Service advisory team. You will help contribute to process improvements and enhancements to the internal sites and resources.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
Important information:

- You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for a role.
