Position: Case Manager / Job Developer

Location: Groton

Salary: $20.00/hourly

Schedule:Full Time 40 hours 2^nd shift Wednesday (1-9p) & 1st shiftThursday-Sunday (7-3p)

Are you an individual who wants to make an impact on the lives of others The Connection is opening a NEW Residential Program that will support women with mental health needs who are transitioning to the community after a period of incarceration.

Position Summary:

The Case Manager- Job Developer will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach providing structure case management job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved or have a customer service background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.

An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and 4years of related experience
Valid Drivers License

Orientation:

If selected for employment with The Connection newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
