Styling & Retail Associate Full Time
Cherie Amour is seeking a full-time Styling & Retail Associate to join our team in the heart of downtown Pullman.

Our team is passionate about empowerment and creating meaningful connections making sure every customer feels seen supported and valued through every experience we offer.
Responsibilities & Goals
As our storefront lead youll be the face of our brand and help us deliver unforgettable experiences. Your day-to-day will include:
Leading the sales floor with confidence: greeting guests assisting with styling and maintaining a welcoming polished storefront.
Offering personalized bra fittings to become a trusted fit expert and help customers feel comfortable and confident.
Collaborating with the marketing team to plan host and support in-house events that bring the community together.
Assisting with re-merchandising the store keeping displays fresh on-trend and inspiring.
Managing inventory product flow and shipments with accuracy and care.
Maintaining strong relationships with our drop-ship partners and the brands we carry to ensure smooth operations.
- Contributing to content creation for social media email campaigns promotions and TikTok.
Approaching each day with a strong work ethic professionalism and a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences.
Experience & Requirements
Availability: Tuesday Saturday 9:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2 years preferred in retail fashion sales or marketing.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities especially in high-energy retail environments.
Experience creating content for multiple social platforms and an eye for fashion trends.
Ability to navigate crucial conversations and de-escalate challenges with professionalism and care.
