You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMetros General Managers Office is seeking an outstanding leader to serve as the agencys Title VI Program Manager(Project Program Manager III). This critical position will support Metro in furtherance of its commitment to providing equitable and accessible services in all of Metros programs by applying their expertise and knowledge of Civil Rights law and compliance specifically Title VI of the Civil Rights Act to ensure equitable legally compliant and accessible service delivery to the many diverse communities and individuals of King County.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for civil rights and community engagement with the project management and technical skills necessary to effect positive changes in a large government organization. This position reports to Metros Civil Rights & EEO Officer and will work collaboratively with other civil rights and transportation professionals on this dynamic and growing team.
Position Info: This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) Career Service Project Program Manager III (PPM III) classification vacancy. In addition this selection process may be used to generate an eligibility list for future Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Term Limited Temporary (TLT) and Career Service (CS) vacancies that may occur in this classification within this workgroup. The eligibility list will be retained for 12 months from the date of posting and may be used at the discretion of the hiring authority.

Other Position Information
Work Location:This is a hybrid position. The main work site for this position is King Street Center 201 S Jackson St. Seattle WA 98104.
Theteam works in a hybrid model with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change.
Employees will have access to shared workspaces at various King County facilities. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
Work Schedule:The position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not overtime eligible. The typical workweek is 40 hours per week Monday Friday.
