Associate Brand Designer - Marketing Website (Framer)
We feel that banking has been set up against us for too long. From overdraft fees to payment processing banking products are confusing stressful and franklyboring.
In contrast Mollie was founded in 2004 to change the status quo aiming to provide a new generation of financial products designed to work entirely for our customers. A product-first approach that our 200000 customers can truly benefit from. However this is just the beginning.
We share a sweet tooth and a high bar for building a product that our customers will love. Our strong maker culture is balanced by cross-functional teams and a focus on fast-paced product cycles.
You will support the Brand Design team by creating designs for our marketing website . Together with Product- and Marketing Managers you will help tell Mollies story what we are building and how this helps our merchants.
Work closely alongside our Brand Designer whose main focus is leading all website related design requests. Together youll drive vision and execution on visual storytelling for our marketing website.
Create and iterate various visual assets and (landing) pages for the marketing website.
Make sure that all content on our website is localised correctly to various markets in Europe.
Work on various marketing concepts & branding initiatives together with other designers and copywriters.
Be entrepreneurial in pushing the status quo at Mollie.

Youre a teamplayer and understand that great design doesnt happen in a vacuum. You involve your stakeholders early and often.
Ownership
You take initiative and are not waiting for others to make things happen. You constantly advocate and challenge decisions. Youre structured and you keep track of your own time manage and prioritize your daily work.
