Skills:

You have a degree in Computer Science or related field.
You have 5 years experience as a Support Engineer or Web Developer in a Public Cloud environment.
Experience in development with Backend technologies such as NodeJS NestJS Python or Java
Experience in development with Frontend technologies such as Angular or React
Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and associated cloud native architectures
Good understanding of REST/ GraphQL APIs microservices and containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience in development with structured and unstructured databases
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI Jenkins GitHub Actions )
Proficiency in log analysis and debugging tools
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Support Engineer within Thales you will:

Work within in a Scrum team with other software developers and DevOps engineers in Agile mode
Analyse qualify reproduce and resolve incidents
Set up and enhance dashboards key metrics and alertings
Investigate application and system logs identify root causes
Test validate and deploy releases or patches
Integrate software components into a fully functional digital solution
Write well-designed documented and testable code
Design implement and test features with scalability performance deployment/operation and end-user experience in mind
Make estimations and give inputs for planning together with the team members
Collaborate with other software solutions engineer to share knowledge and improve overall product/solution
