Job Description

The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across the Performance disciplines on assigned clients to manage and develop the teamandserve as a point of escalation as needed.

The role

As an Account Manager you will play a key role in managing client relationships driving revenue and coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional media strategies from planning to execution.

Client Planning:

  • Translate client briefs into detailed internal briefs ensuring clear direction for internal specialists (PPC SEO Display Paid Social etc.).
  • Oversee the development of accurate and cohesive composite media plans coordinating with specialist teams and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage changes to strategies and media plans ensuring effective communication between clients and specialists.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for select clients addressing their needs assessing scope and determining effective solutions.
  • Handle client queries across all media disciplines involving specialists only when necessary.
  • Deliver post-campaign analyses (PCAs) weekly performance reporting and competitive reviews translating results into actionable insights.
  • Oversee campaign go-lives including creative availability checks and communication with clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Support and upskill Account Executives within your team fostering their professional development.

Operational Finance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing reconciling media plans with MX codes and purchase orders (POs).

What Were Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC SEO Social Display etc.).
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce clients and delivering results.
  • Prior experience in a media or performance marketing agency.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and performance results into actionable recommendations.
