Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatoryfor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and provide patient care with minimal supervision
Administer treatments medications and procedures per protocols
Monitor patient responses and intervene as needed
Collaborate on individualized care plans with healthcare team
Document assessments interventions and patient interactions in EMR (EPIC preferred)
Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatments and self-care
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
Qualifications:
Required:
Current NY State RN license and BLS certification
1.5 years recent acute care experience in a hospital setting
Independent in performing patient care skills
Strong communication interpersonal and documentation skills
