Job Description

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Director of Rehab/Occupational Therapy Assistant with at least 2 years RD experience in SNF or AL/IL preferred for an open position at Traditions Woodway for an OP clinic setting in Houston TX.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years in AL/IL communities.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
