Job Summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Supervisor to lead our Marketing team!

**Internal Only Position**

The Marketing Supervisoris responsible for conducting and assisting with oversight of the hospitals marketing activities. This position will lead development of marketing strategy oversee graphic design continuity control budget and allocate resources amongst projects grow the marketing dept by identifying revenue opportunities and collaborate with the business team to uncover insights for developing marketing branding strategies. The Marketing Supervisor will produce ideas for promotional events/activities and conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements. This position is the organizations marketing agent towards external parties such as media stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. This position will work closely with the departments and leaders to provide a full spectrum of marketing services. The Marketing Supervisorwill need to project a professional demeanor and appearance. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel Word and Outlook).
Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills along with attention to detail.
Possesses critical thinking and analytic skills.
Knowledgeable in marketing strategy and business development.
Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Excellent data analysis skills and/or the ability to read and interpret data principles of validity and reliability testing basic statistical methodology and coding and classification of data.
Three years of relatable experience required.
