Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs
- Guide customers through vehicle selection and purchasing
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly goals
- Stay informed about inventory promotions and product offerings
- Collaborate with team members for a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and attend training sessions
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Flexible schedule (weekends and some holidays)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn CRM software and vehicle details
