TheJohns Hopkins Float Pool & Resource Officeis a centralized team of highly skilled nursing professionals trained in our hospitals care and practice standards. This unit responds to immediate staffing needs across various departments ensuring high-quality care and operational continuity.
As aShift Coordinator you will bring a comprehensive understanding of nursing roles staffing dynamics workflows and clinical operations. You will make efficient timely staffing assignments or delegate this process to Central Shift Coordinators collaborating closely with bed management and Nursing Unit Charge Nurses to ensure bed availability and optimal staffing ratios based on patient placement and care needs.
Shifts: 12 hour Shifts Day/Night rotating or permanent night shift available Weekend Rotation

Salary Range: Minimum 51.22/hour - Maximum 79.39/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
