Financial Associate

This position is unclassified per ORC 124.11(A)(7)(b)and as such serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority. • Providing excellent customer service to all of the State Librarys internal and external customers.

• Performing tasks related to purchasing billing financial reporting accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Performing data reconciliation analysis and reporting.

• Providing grant support.

18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. accounting &/or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.

-Or completion of high school technical program in accounting; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. accounting or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.

-Or completion of associate core program in business administration accounting finance or related field.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
