If youre selected for this position you can expect to spend your time:
Providing excellent customer service to all of the State Librarys internal and external customers.
Performing tasks related to purchasing billing financial reporting accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Performing data reconciliation analysis and reporting.
Providing grant support.

18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. accounting &/or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or completion of high school technical program in accounting; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. accounting or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or completion of associate core program in business administration accounting finance or related field.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
