About the Position:

Orbis Clinical part of Epic Staffing Group is looking for a(n) Junior Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the initial stages of contact and engagement with candidates leading to a warm handoff to a Recruiter.

Orbis Clinical focuses on placing top talent at companies devoted to the development of medicine and products that improve and save lives.

What Youll Do:

  • Own and manage a set of assigned job requisitions; sourcing candidates through handoff to a Recruiter.
  • Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.
  • Utilize various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Develop monitor and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for future/potential positions; keep updated and detailed record of contact information skill sets notes and job search preferences in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

What You Bring:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year of experience in recruiting inside sales or outbound calls. A college degree can substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency in speaking reading writing and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
