Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As a Senior Associate in our Sourcing team you will be responsible for identifying engaging and delivering top talent across priority business areas at PwC. This role is critical in ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates driving market research and partnering closely with recruiters managers and stakeholders to meet demand The role requires proactive sourcing market research and strong stakeholder collaboration to support urgent and strategic hiring needs.
What You Must Have
3 - 5 years of sourcing/recruitment experience ideally in consulting professional services or technology.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
Certifications in sourcing/recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter AIRS Boolean/OSINT certifications) are preferred but not required.
Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter Phenom and job boards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions/time zones.
Market research and talent insights experience (competitor mapping salary benchmarking).
Ability to manage urgent high-volume requisitions.
Oral and written proficiency in English.
