Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Technical Project Manager located in Zalaegerszeg.

Reporting to the Director Operations Engineering the TPM role involves the responsibility for establishing project schedule financial parameters and technical requirements managing project from initiation through the product transfer for serial production.

What a typical day looks like:

• Planning and controlling of the projects with specific consideration of customer requirements and other internal goals (quality volume timelines cost)
• Act as the main contact person for all project related issues especially in technical issues internally as well as externally from project start to phase out
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
• Coordinate the engineering teamto ensure all necessary tools and machines are delivered and installed.
• Monitor equipment development progress track project phases and ensure timelines are met or adjusted as needed.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration keeping engineers aligned and focused on project goal
• Intensive consultation with the internal and external customer regarding the results to be achieved budget and lead time.
• Control the technical timing of the project
• Control all equipment of the project
• Communication channel to the machine integrators
• Follow the SOWs of the machines testers etc.
• Arrange the CDRs FATs SATs installations etc.
• International travel can be expected as part of this role - If necessary visit support the machine manufacturers participate in sample and real productions on supplier site as well.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• University or College degree in Engineering mechanical or mechatronics or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management in a complex high volume manufacturing environment.
• Ownership for team task good team player working under pressure & multi-tasking.
• Strong analytical & decision-making skills
• Excellent people and process management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Hungarian & English
• German language knowledge is a plus.
