Schedule: Flexible (Per Diem pick-up open shifts when they are available) Mon-Fri between 8am-3pm Work a minimum of 2 shifts per month based on needs of the department.

What Youll Do in This Role:

At The Cedars of Dexter we take pride in creating a warm safe and welcoming environment for our residents and were looking for a dedicated Facility Support Personnel to help us keep it that way.

In this hands-on role youll play a vital part in maintaining our beautiful campus ensuring our buildings grounds and equipment are always in top shape.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain The Cedars of Dexter areas of campus to include daily facility and equipment needs.
• Ensure facility equipment is working properly.
• Complete work orders timely through an electronic portal system.
• Complete inspections on a routine basis as assigned.
• Clean/polishes restrooms furnishings fixtures walls ceilings etc. Daily as instructed.
• Sweeps and dusts floors.
• Vacuums shampoos and deodorizes carpets.
• Complete housekeeping duties as needed.

What Youll Need:

• Prior experience in a custodial or similar position.
• Prior experience working in residential or a senior living environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid unrestricted state of MI drivers license.
• Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
