Join our Field Service Team the driving force behind the delivery of exceptional experiences for New York Lifes agents and clients. Role Overview:

Our local General Office is seeking a customer service professional to support our agents and management team. As a Service Representative youll work with our Partners to onboard new agentsoverseeing the contracting process so they can begin selling New York Life insurance. You will be a steward of the onboarding processassisting with turning candidates into ready-to-sell agents and keeping everything running smoothly for our Partners.

What Youll Do:

  • Perform tasks in the contracting system to advance contracts along in the process.
  • Track background-check and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; escalate issues as needed.
  • Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps.
  • Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions
  • Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly

What Youll Bring:

The role requires strong relationship-building skills organizational abilities effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service and/or office administration
  • Clear professional communication (phone and email) and strong stakeholder service
  • Meticulous data entry and document review; audit-ready attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word Excel Outlook Teams); quick to learn new systems
  • Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize and meet SLAs
  • Discretion with sensitive information; compliance-first mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate or bachelors degree
  • Experience in insurance/financial services licensing/contracting or new agent onboarding
  • Familiarity with background checks/fingerprinting workflows and basic FCRA concepts

Training & Development

Customer Service Representatives receive on-the-job training to learn about the insurance industry product and policy provisions and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback are provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.

Shift Information

This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Competitive full-time base salary overtime eligibility plus target bonus

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$43000-$47500

Overtime eligible:Nonexempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience skills qualifications and job location. Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary addition to base salary employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Please note: This role requiresFINRA licensedand/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
