requirements:
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial statements for internal review investors and lenders on a monthlyquarterly and annual basis.
- Review revenues expenses invoices and other accounting documents to complete month-end close forproperties resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and enter journal entries including accruals amortizations deposits and reclassifications.
- Perform bank reconciliations deposit checks issue checks book cash transfers and process residentrefunds.
- Communicate with on-site and other property managers to support pre-close and close activities answerquestions and ensure timely completion of accounting processes.
- Train and mentor new team members.
Qualifications
- 3 years of multi-entity accounting experience
- Associates degree in accounting bachelors degree in accounting
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in Property Management accounting (Preferred)
