Marketing Manager

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of marketing experience ideally in construction home services or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads Analytics Meta Business Suite CRM platforms).
• Creative thinker with excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing (a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote services (roofing siding gutters).
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM email and paid ads.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that highlights projects customer testimonials and company culture.
• Oversee website content updates and performance analytics.
• Track and report on key marketing KPIs (lead generation conversion rates ROI).
• Coordinate community events sponsorships and local outreach programs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
