Raritan Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and visionary Chief of Staff to lead our medical team and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality veterinary care. As Chief of Staff you will serve as the medical leader of the hospital working closely with the practice manager and support teams to create a positive collaborative and patient-focused environment. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship medical excellence and team development.

Provide visionary oversight of all clinical care ensuring excellence in patient outcomes and adherence to gold-standard medical practices.
Champion the integration of new technologies and advancements in veterinary medicine to continually elevate the level of care offered.
Inspire and mentor associate new graduate veterinarians through guidance case collaboration and professional development.
Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture where open communication respect and growth are at the forefront.
Cultivate meaningful client relationships by maintaining visibility approachability and excellence in communication.
Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction loyalty and the hospitals reputation for compassionate care.
