On-Site Staff Physical Therapist
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a prior Military or Civilian Staff Physical Therapist.
Location: Fairfax Ambulatory Care Clinic Fairfax Virginia
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college of Physical Therapy or a Bachelor of Science degree with certification
- License: Must have and maintain a valid unrestricted license in one of the 50 United States the District of Columbia the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the preceding three (3) years
- Certifications: Must have and maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
- Communication: Must be able to read write and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other staff members
- Technical Skills: Must have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in basic word processing data entry and automated records

What Youll Do (but not limited to):
- Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities
- Restore maintain and promote optimal physical function wellness fitness and quality of life as it relates to neuromusculoskeletal health
- Prevent the onset symptoms and progression of impairments functional limitations and disabilities that may result from diseases disorders conditions or injuries
- Provide orthopedic clinical care for ages 1564 including active-duty service members retirees and their family members
