Job Title: Escrow Support Processor
Position Type: Full-Time Hybrid (Remote & Onsite as Business Needs Require)
Pay Range: $18 hourly paid weekly.
Location Options: Candidates must reside in one of the following states and list their city/state on their resume.
- Florida Offices: Jacksonville and/or Orlando
- Texas Offices:Austin and/or San Antonio
Position Overview:
The Escrow Support Processor plays a key role in centralized processing operations by handling clerical and administrative tasks related to the initiation and closing of escrows. This role supports escrow branches by managing high-volume documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance and allowing branch staff to focus on customer-facing activities. Communication is primarily with escrow branches and internal teamsnot directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized processing support for escrow openings and closings.
- Prepare review and process documents connected to escrow transactions.
- Communicate instructions and updates to escrow branches in a timely manner.
- Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate when necessary.
- Work may be reviewed for accuracy especially on new or complex tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 12 years of escrow processing experience required; prior First American experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of escrow procedures and applicable regulations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members as needed.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume workloads.
- Proficiency in following structured processes and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: Primarily remote with in-office presence as required by business needs (weekly or as needed).
- Work is similar to associate-level tasks but may involve greater complexity with experience.
