For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5 years of professional experience;
Understanding of Information Technology and IT processes;
Support Service Owner and stakeholders with tasks and approval;
Analyze business requirements and processes to support infrastructure service design;
Prepare and contribute to architectural quality reviews;
Contribute to service strategy and architecture definition;
Identify and track issues in collaboration with other work streams;
Implement and optimiza Data Center services and ITIl processes globally;
Ensure data and information security in Data Center services;
Manage client and stakeholder relationships;
Coordinate with third-party vendors and external providers;
Experience working in SBC (Server-Based Computing) Citrix Terminal Server;
Experience with Web Technologies such as Apache IIS and Tomcat;
Fluency in English (B2 Level);
Availability to work remotely inside the EU.
