Overview
As a Occupational Health Therapist Jobs in Hanwell youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others in the area. Youll work in various healthcare and social care settings across Hanwell as a Medicare People Occupational Health Therapist providing high-quality advanced support to individuals who require assistance due to factors such as age illness or disability.
We have a number of Occupational Health Therapist shifts available across different settings in Hanwell.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out comprehensive assessments of patients physical psychological and social needs.
Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Support patients with strategies and adaptations to maximise independence in daily living.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including doctors nurses physiotherapists and carers.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports for care planning and progression.
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration (or equivalent).
Experience working in healthcare settings (hospital community or private practice).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy patience and the ability to motivate and encourage patients.
Computer literacy and ability to manage case notes effectively.
