Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring strong relationships and exceptional service.
- Handle day-to-day administration of broking accounts and keep our CRM system up to date.
- Manage the renewal cycle delivering target retention and growth rates.
- Achieve team KPIs and contribute to overall business success.
- Attend insurer and client meetings representing Acrisure UK with professionalism and expertise.
- Advise and respond to client enquiries promptly delivering first-class service.
- Prepare marketing material for submission and placement.
- Deliver accurate advice and service as the clients trusted advisor.
- Procure new business to hit individual and team targets.
- Ensure all documentation complies with policies and procedures.
- Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of the industry market and products.
- Maintain and uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
