Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring strong relationships and exceptional service.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of broking accounts and keep our CRM system up to date.
  • Manage the renewal cycle delivering target retention and growth rates.
  • Achieve team KPIs and contribute to overall business success.
  • Attend insurer and client meetings representing Acrisure UK with professionalism and expertise.
  • Advise and respond to client enquiries promptly delivering first-class service.
  • Prepare marketing material for submission and placement.
  • Deliver accurate advice and service as the clients trusted advisor.
  • Procure new business to hit individual and team targets.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with policies and procedures.
  • Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of the industry market and products.
  • Maintain and uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in trade credit insurance or commercial insurance (preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
