Role Description:

Position title: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program - Global Marketing Bellevue

Location: Hybrid - Bellevue

Expected start date to end date:May 2026 July 2028

Working hours: Part time (10 - 20 hrs./week) during the semester - Full time (40 hrs./week) during break

The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR)Program Global Marketing is looking for students who wantan opportunity to immerse themselves in the world ofGlobalMarketing at a STARIntern youll embark on a multi-year journey with SAP staying with us until you graduate. This unique model allows you to rotate through variousmarketingteams giving you the chance to experience multiple roles and discover what you enjoy most.

Internswill become a part of a digital-first modern marketing workforce that optimizes contribution to the business through a data-driven understanding of the market and customer journey from lead generation to adoption consumption and renewal. Youll learn about new trends and capabilities in Digital and AI; applying a test and learn mindset to yourwork andembracing a growth mindset. Through your rotations your project work will be focused on

  • Market Research: Learn how to gather and analyze market data to understand consumer behavior and trends
  • Analytics: Use marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
  • Brand Management: Develop skills in creating and maintaining a strong brand identity
  • Digital Marketing: Gain expertise in online marketing strategies including social media SEO and content marketing
  • Campaign Development: Learn how to plan execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Customer Insights: Understand how to interpret customer feedback and data to improve marketing strategies
  • Communication: Enhance your ability to craft compelling messages and presentations

In addition to your rotations youll benefit from the STAR Programs guided mentorshipsoft skills training speaker sessions with Global Marketing Leadership anda full range of formal trainings on SAPs core technology stack all while yousupport and contribute to the strategy and priorities of your rotational team.

Work Model:

The STAR Program iscommittedto a hybrid work model.

During the summer internsare expected to commit toafull-timeschedule (40 hours per week) and be present in the office 3 days per week.
During the academicschool yearstudents are fully virtual/remoteand commit to a part-time schedule(10 hours per week minimum).

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program within theMarketing field of study at a university local to the Seattle/Bellevue areawith a targeted graduation date in2028
Have experience working full-time during the summer and working part-time during the school year
Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break and with part-time hours during the academic year
Adaptable proactive curious and have a desire to learn
Collaborative and team-oriented
Excellent at communicating (in English additional languages a plus)
Live with-in 30 miles of the SAP Bellevue office
Able to work both in the SAP Bellevue officeand remotein a hybrid capacity
