Job Summary/Description:
WALB News 10 in Albany Georgia is looking for a Digital Producer to join our award-winning news team. This is a great opportunity for journalists - it will include on-air work and livestreaming with opportunities for additional training and career growth! A WALB Digital Producer is responsible for content on multiple digital platforms including web social media and livestreaming. We have a digital-first mindset at WALB which is why we have some of the top-performing digital metrics in the company. Our digital producers embrace creative ways to tell stories using tools like Canva and applying research-based social media strategies. We cross-train new employees to learn all aspects of our news delivery processes. Opportunities for growth abound!

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education background in either journalism or communications.
- Must be flexible with respect to scheduling and/or assigned work shifts.
- Must be willing to work in the newsroom.
