Position Summary:
ATelecommunications Switchboard Desk Clerk performs a range of clerical duties related to the support of operations including answering phones updating and organizing information at the switchboard; coordinating work within the front desk and with other units and departments; reporting relevant information to the supervisor; and responding to inquiries and requests from patients visitors and caregivers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience: Previous experience in health care preferred.
