  • Conduct the Knowledge / Skill assessment modules as per defined schedule. Basis on the Knowledge skill Gap plan and conduct the Competence Development programs (ie the annual technical training calendar) with the vision Right Training for Right Person. Support the Ongoing Competence Development programs for the current employees of Organization.
  • Assist with or facilitate technical training programs. Responsible for all other administrative functions relating to the effective management of the training. Identify and coordinate with external technical writers and consultants to assist in the design and delivery of various training program. Ensure the India technical competence development plan is effectively developed (ie the Technical Training Calendar) managed and implemented. Coordinate with Service Operations Manager to ensure effective implementation of field training of the trainees.
  • Prepare Training effectiveness reports and present to Management team with clear progress path and practical value delivered. Maintain records of the progress of the Trainees / Students both in the academy and in the field/post training on site assessment.
  • Ensure the Organization Standards are implemented and implement competence development systems and processes within the service operations in line with Organization EHS policies procedures and objectives at all times.
  • Participate in the development of training policies and procedures in conjunction with human re source team to ensure efficient process are in place for recruitment and retention of Academy students and graduates.

Experience : 10 Yrs
(specifically with different model of Normet mining equipments handling the
technical trouble shooting)
