This role at Enphase requires working onsite3 days a weekwith plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
What you will be doing:
- Process month-end close accounting operations including preparing cash reconciliation journal entries account reconciliations variance analysis and consolidation process.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes.
- Partner with cross functional teams including Finance Tax IT Legal Technical Accounting.
- Support and ensure implementation of financial controls and process and system solutions.
- Support internal and external audit and quarterly/annual financials.
- Driver of process improvement simplifying steps and applying best practices to make the close process faster and more efficient.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Semi qualified CA (Preferred) / Qualified CA (Optional) / MBA Finance (Optional).
- 3 to 5 years relevant or direct experience in operational accounting with experience in a publicly traded Fortune 500/multinational company preferred.
- Capable of managing diverse tasks setting clear priorities and achieving outcomes in a fast-moving and ever-changing landscape.
- Good oral and written communication skills with cooperative interdisciplinary approach.
- Understanding of US GAAP SOX and standard accounting processes and controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Working experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
