Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the PR department to help manage and enhance our brand presence across various this role you will be responsible for supporting our PR efforts by drafting press releases assisting in the organization of events and maintaining relationships with media contacts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and distributing press materials including press releases and media advisories.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and distribution lists.
- Support the planning and execution of PR events and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and compile clips for reporting purposes.
- Conduct research to identify relevant media opportunities and trends.
- Assist in managing social media accounts including content creation and scheduling..
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
