Description

We are looking forhighly motivated college studentswho are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held for proficiency in Excel Word and data entry. We require good communication skills the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn!

We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erieshistoric Union Station. The program will run from May to August 2026.

PositionDescription: TechnicalSkillsDevelopment

Assist with integratingthird-partylogisticssystems(transportationmanagementsoftwarewarehouse managementsystemsaccountingsoftware)togain practicalexperiencein dataexchangeand system interoperability.

Performdatabasemanagementtaskslike dataentrycleaning andretrievaltounderstandthe importanceofdataaccuracyand efficiencyinlogisticsoperations.

Contributetothe developmentprocessbyunderstanding existing functionalitieswithinalargecodebase and potentiallyimplementing features.

Workalongsideexperienced developerstodebugandtroubleshootproduction-level issuesin the logistics softwarelearningpracticalproblem-solvingtechniquesin areal-world context.

Analyze systemperformancedataand proposesolutionsforimprovementgaining experienceindata analysisand solution developmentrelevanttologistics.

Assist withotherlogistics-relatedtasksasassignedgaining broaderexposuretotheindustry.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills

Knowledge of programming languages software development tools and systems integration concepts
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
A relevant degree in computer science engineering business or related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
