We are seeking aProgram Integratortosupport theProgram Executive Office (PEO) leadership and Program Managersin establishing and maintaining program acquisition baselines while monitoring and reporting on the overall health and performance of programs initiatives and portfolios.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives bothindependently and collaboratively demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills and is passionate about driving program success through effective integration process improvement and collaboration tools.
What Youll Do
In this role you will:
SupportPEO leadership and program managersby tracking monitoring and reporting on the status and health of key programs initiatives and portfolios.
Performholistic program analysisto minimize cost and implementation risks while ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on time.
Assist in establishing and maintainingprogram acquisition baselines ensuring alignment with mission and organizational goals.
Manage organize and maintain program documentation and digital resources usingSharePointandConfluence.
Develop and supportautomated workflowsto streamline team operations and improve collaboration efficiency.
LeverageMicrosoft Office Suite (especially Excel)for data analysis reporting and dashboard generation (including pivot tables slicers and pivot charts).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives withLean Six Sigmatraining considered a strong plus.
(Preferred) Support project tracking and agile workflows usingJira.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree with abusiness or technical focusand4 yearsof combined experience in DoDprogram management contract management and/or financial management.
ORPMP CPCM or DAWIA Level II certification 7 yearsof directly related experience (in lieu of a degree).
OR9 yearsof directly related experience (in lieu of a degree and certification).
Stronginterpersonal oral and written communication skillswith the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels exercising tact discretion and diplomacy.
Proven ability to work bothindependentlyand as part of a collaborative team.
