Howard County Medical Center is searching for a dynamic Director of Finance & Decision Support to lead budgeting analysis and reporting for Howard County Medical Center and the Howard Hospital Foundation. The ideal candidate will bring 710 years of healthcare finance experience including at least 5 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting. This leader will partner with executives to drive strategy ensure financial accuracy and support the hospitals growth and impact.

Salary Range: Minimum 133587.00/annually - Maximum 176678.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
